I believe the best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers—they're the ones asking the right questions.

I'm an ICF ACC Certified Coach, leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience developing leaders and helping organizations create coaching cultures where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Having developed leaders in numerous industries such as construction, oil & gas, healthcare, real estate, financial services and call centers, I learned that the industry didn't matter. It was always about "communication".
